Our products are hand poured in small batches and sent to you using NZ Couriers within New Zealand.

We offer a range of shipping options to suit your needs. Shipping will be charged at the time of purchase, and is dependent on the destination as well as the type of products purchased. Below table illustrates cost for one to two scented candles.

Whilst we are confident you will love our candles and scents, in the event that you are not 100%, reach us at returns@artesano.co.nz. We have a 14-day no questions asked return policy. However, we would very much appreciate it if you can share with us the reason/s for the return. To be eligible for an exchange/ refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
